1. DB reverse lunge – curl press in bottom position
2. Pike push up shoulder tap
Circuit 2: EMOM: 5 min
1. DB squat to front squat – 10 reps
Circuit 3: Buy in = 5 min -
1. Pop squats – 20 – 1 time only
2. DB Arnold press – 10
3. DB RDL bent over row to kick back 10 reps
Circuit 4: 40/20 X3
1. Band lateral lunge to front raise
2. Band mtn. climbers to hand tap
Circuit 5: Tabata: 4 min
1. Band leg side taps – 20 seconds
2. Band squat to leg raise – 20 seconds
