Gauntlet

Gauntlet workouts combine high-intensity strength, cardio, and core exercises designed to build lean muscle and burn fat. Workouts are approximately 40 minutes long consisting of 5 different circuits and a finisher. Most Gauntlet workouts include dumbbells and sometimes other accessories. however, bodyweight options are always provided.
