1. DB front foot elevated split squat to leg lift – blue box
2. Box traveling push ups
Circuit 2: EMOM: 5 min – 10 reps of each
1. DB push press
2. DB swing
3. DB hop overs
Circuit 3: Add on exercises = 5 min -start w/1 rep and add 1 every round
1. DB goblet squat – 2 DB’s
2. DB burpee

1. Box plank jack – hands on floor
2. DB S/L RDL to row
Circuit 5: Tabata: 4 min
