1. DB S/A swing to reverse lunge
2. DB squat clean – 1 DB like KB
Circuit 2: EMOM: 5 min
1. DB burpee X4
2. DB supine crunch and press X8
Circuit 3: Add on exercises = 5 min -Start with 6 reps and go up by 2 every round
1. DB low row
2. DB high row
3. DB shoulder press
Circuit 4: 40/20 X3
1. DB S/L RDL to lateral lunge
2. DB split squat pulse/hold with front, lateral to up right row – switch leg ½ way thru
Circuit 5: Tabata: 4 min
1. DB squat jump pick up
2. Plank Raises
