Circuit 1: 40/20 X3
1. DB (DB in each hand) Sumo squat to front raise (raise while in squat position) to stand
2. DB Devils press w/push up
Circuit 2: EMOM: 5 min
1. 10 burpess
2. 20 walking lunges
3. 30 air squats
4. 40 flutter kicks
5. 50 second plank hold
Circuit 3: Add on exercises = 5 min start w/8 reps and add 2 every round
1. Tri-cep push up – 10 reps
2. Superman to W or star (any superman swimmer type exercises) – 10 reps
3. Glute hip bridge marching (20 total)
4. Side plank leg raise left – 10 reps
5. Side plank leg raise right – 10 reps
Circuit 4: 40/20 X3
1. DB reverse lunge curl press (curl press is in bottom lunge position) alternate legs
2. DB S/L RDL to row to stand – Left leg round 1, right leg round 2 – both feet on floor round 3
Circuit 5: Tabata: 4 min
1. Straight leg raise to double crunch
2. High knees
Finisher:
1. Power jacks right - 30 sec
2. Power jacks left - 30 sec
3. DB clean right - 30 sec
4. DB clean left - 30 sec
