1. BW S/L RDL to hop or knee hug
2. DB inch worm push up
EMOM: 5 min
1. 10 squats -2 burpees
2. 10 squats – 4 burpees
3. 10 squats – 6 burpees
4. 10 squat – 8 burpees
5. 10 squats – 10 burpees
Add on exercises: 5 min - start w/10 reps and add 2 each round
1. DB lateral lunge to curl – 5 on each side
2. DB front raise to OH – 10 reps
3. DB sit up to press– 10 reps
4. DB renegade row – 5 on each side
5. DB RDL – 10 reps
