1. DB Deadbugs X10

3. SL Inchworm to hop X10
Circuit 3: 30/15 X2
1. 4 wide mtn jumpers + 2 shoulder taps
2. Forward to reverse lunge to jump lunge
3. Side skater with DB tap
4. Alternating DB row to reverse fly with step back

1. DB Devil's press w/o burpee X10
2. Lateral bear crawl 3 steps down and back X3

1. Box Squat thrust to box jump

3. Box double mtn climber to DB SA rotation
4. Box lateral up and over DB switch hands
