Scorch

Scorch workouts combine HIIT cardio, bodyweight resistance and core exercises to keep your heart rate elevated and burn fat. Workouts are approximately 40 minutes consisting of 5 different circuits and a finisher. Most Scorch workouts are bodyweight only. Some include accessories, however, bodyweight options are always provided.
