1. Burpee to lateral step up
2. Reverse lunge to kick
3. Star sit up
4. Box power step up
Circuit 2: Descending ladder: 20 reps and go down by 4 each round – 20,16,12,8,4 – if finish hold the 4 rep count
1. MB hop overs
2. MB pop squats
3. MB toe taps
4. MB lunge w/rotation
Circuit 3: 30/15 X2 – use any object
1. MB good morning to jump squat
2. MB Thruster
3. MB squat thrust to mtn. climber
4. MB roll up get up
Circuit 4: AMRAP: Buy in 1X 40 break dancers
1. Hand release push up X5
2. Squat kick toe touch left, squat kick toe touch right to squat jump X10
3. MB sit up to press X15
Circuit 5: 30/15 X2
1. 2 jumping lunges to jump squat
2. X plank
3. Box step up to reverse lunge
4. Alternating s/l V up to double knee crunch
FINISHER:
Box jumps 30 seconds – count reps, 30 second rest – repeat trying to match or beat reps
