1. Jumping jack Jab
2. Step up jump (from 70 BW exercise video) – option alternating jumping lunges
3. Boxing kicks – (1 leg round 1 other leg round 2)
4. Sit up to punch
Circuit 2: AMRAP:
1. Box burpee to step up – 8 reps (4 each leg) – option burpee tuck jump
2. Box dip alternating to tap – 8 total reps – option crab toe touches
3. Box lateral step up to revers lunge – 8 reps each side – option reverse lunge to lateral leg raise
Circuit 3: 30/15 X2
1. S/L fixed foot low bench taps – option fixed foot on floor stay low
2. Power push ups
3. Lateral lunge to 3 high knees – alternating sides
4. Forward jump, back jump to toe touch
Circuit 4: AMRAP:
1. Sprinter skip or step (from 70 BW exercises) – 10 total – option high knees
2. Spider Mtn. climbers – 10 total
3. Cherry pickers – 10 total
Circuit 5: 30/15 X2
1. Squat thrust forward lunge left, squat thrust forward lunge right
2. Crab leg raises (straight leg)
3. Bench toe taps – option pretend jump ropes
4. Box split squat to forward lunge
FINISHER:
Squat thrust to 4 plank jacks to 2 plank get ups – 30 seconds
4 plank jacks to 2 plank get ups – 30 seconds
Plank jacks – 30 seconds
Plank getup – 30 seconds
