Circuit 1: 30/15 X2
1. Sprinter stance squats
2. Double mtn. climber hip tap
3. Ladder in and out squats – forward and back (pretend there is a ladder)
4. Burpee w/2 jumping jacks
Circuit 2: Descending ladder: start w/10 reps and decrease by 2 rep every round
1. Sumo jump squats
2. Alternating jumping lunges
3. Sprinter sit ups
4. Pop squats
Circuit 3: 30/15 X2
1. Knee push up reg and wide
2. Single leg step back to a knee tuck (we usually do these on the bosu)
3. S/L burpee – L round 1 – R round 2
4. Plank jacks
Circuit 4: AMRAP:
1. Jack to jab- 20- reps
2. Butterfly sit ups – 15 reps
Circuit 5: 30/15 X2
1. BW lungster
2. Straight leg bicycle
3. W knee tuck
4. Side shuffle to jumping lunges
