Circuit 1: 30/15 X2
1. Multi-planar lunges
2. Bear plank tap – bear position tapping knees alternating
3. Side shuffle squat thrust – 3 side shuffles right, 1 squat thrust and 3 shuffles left , 1 squat thrust
4. Plank jack to pop squat
Circuit 2: Descending ladder: start w/20 decrease by 5 every round – 20-15-10-5
1. Squat
2. Push up
3. Full sit up
4. Mtn jumper
Circuit 3: 30/15 X2
1. Glute bridge walk out – walk feet away from body and back towards qlutes while holding a glute bridge
2. Extended leg pulse – supine position holing one leg pulse X2 and switch
3. Explosive rear foot split squat – L round 1 R round
4. Touch down squats
Circuit 4: AMRAP:
1. Walking lunges – forward 3 steps, back 3 steps is 1 reps – 3 reps
2. BW Body blaster – 3 reps
Circuit 5: 30/15 X2
1. Tri-cep push up
2. Spider plank
3. Full burpee + 2 jumping jacks
4. Squat pulse
Finisher: 30 seconds of each
1. Alternating v up
2. Sprinter sit ups – 10 total reps
3. Reverse crunch
4. In and out crunch
