40/20 X3 – BW and Boxes
1. Box forward to reverse lunge – switch ½ way – hold plank during 20 second rest
2. Uneven push up to squat thrust – hold squat during 20 second rest
EMOM: 5 min – DB’s
1. DB lateral shuffle – 3 shuffles left and right X2
2. DB skiers – 10 reps
3. DB crab straight leg knee tuck – 10 total reps
AMRAP: 5 min – DB’s - top of each min/8 total alternating snatch– pick up where you left off
1. DB RDL – 8 reps
2. DB Squat Cleans – 8 reps
3. DB pull over glute bridge to sit up – 8 reps
40/20 X3 – DB’s
1. DB burpee lateral raise curl press – hold weights over head during the 20 second rest
2. Db low row to fly w/step back – hold bear position
Tabata: 4 min – DB’s
1. DB DB Woodchop switch press
2. DB Pulse squats (staying low the whole time)
Finisher: 2 min - BW – 30 seconds each 2 rounds
1. Inchworm + 2 plank elbow knee taps
2. SL Jack knife + oblique crunch (Right- RD 1/ Left Rd 2)
