1. Box forward to reverse lunge – switch ½ way – hold plank during 20 second rest
2. Uneven push up to squat thrust – hold squat during 20 second rest
EMOM: 5 min – DB’s
1. DB lateral shuffle – 3 shuffles left and right X2
2. DB skiers – 10 reps
3. DB crab straight leg knee tuck – 10 total reps
AMRAP: 5 min – DB’s - top of each min/8 total alternating snatch– pick up where you left off

3. DB pull over glute bridge to sit up – 8 reps
