Build & Burn
Build & Burn workouts combine high-intensity strength and HIIT cardio for a full body workout designed to burn fat and build lean muscle. Workouts are approximately 40 minutes long consisting of five rotating blocks including: cardio, strength upper body, cardio/strength combo, strength lower body, and a core finisher. Lower intensity modifications are provided for all exercises. Build & Burn workouts may include dumbbells, mini-bands, resistance bands, and a short or tall box.
